1£®Provide free repair for complete unit
(including replacement of parts) within 1 year, except
abnormal use and man-made damage.
2£®Complete the installation, commissioning, training and
acceptance within 10 working days.
3£®Provide free services within 2 years to upgrade the
software to Party B¡¯s latest version as to the functions
specified under the Contract.
4£®Keep improving the software during use and production,
upon Party A¡¯s request.
5£®Provide and replace naturally damaged light source free
within 5 years; provide naturally damaged light source
free within 10 years.
6£®Provide life-long technical supports.
7£®Respond to Party A¡¯s requirements and carry out treatment
within 48 hours after receiving Party A¡¯s notice (including
telephone or fax).
